DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

By opting for our delivery service, it is deemed that you have read and agreed to the delivery terms & conditions listed below. We appreciate your honesty in informing us of any restrictions at your delivery address, as it allows us to plan for your delivery adequately. Thank you.

  1. Free delivery will be provided if the purchase is S$218.00 (Incl. GST) to a single destination on mainland Singapore. Delivery to Sentosa, Jurong Island, outer-lying islands, or restricted access areas will incur a surcharge. If security clearance is required, please inform us in advance. Delivery to multiple addresses will incur an additional delivery charge for each address if it fails to meet the minimum amount for each destination. Restricted access areas include but are not limited to Tuas Link, Shipyards, Singapore Prison Quarters, Army Camps, Airbase Sites, SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1, Changi Cargo, as well as any other site requiring lengthy security checks.
  2. Bulky or heavy item(s) delivery requiring the use of additional or specialised equipment, additional labour, or the use of lorry-crane services, will incur additional charges.
  3. Please ensure that the management regulations at the address provided allows for delivery access at your chosen date and timing slot. In the event of a failed delivery due to restrictions at your delivery address, the item(s) will be returned to our premises for redelivery at a later date.
  4. In the event the delivery address provided is incorrect, the item(s) will be returned to our premises if we are unable to reach you at the contact number provided. Redelivery will be arranged in such situations.
  5. Redelivery attempts will attract a $32.70 (Incl. GST) redelivery fee per subsequent attempt. If specialised equipment is required (i.e., lorry cranes), the charges for this equipment will apply on top of the redelivery fee.
  6. Delivery will be to ground level or to high-rise levels only if accessible by service lifts. In such cases, the item(s) for delivery will need to be able to fit into the service lifts. If no prior arrangements or instructions were given, we reserve the right to refuse delivery if items do not fit into the lifts. If redelivery is required, our redelivery fees apply.
  7. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you require changes to the delivery date & time. If we are unable to make your delivery on the chosen date & timing slot, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.
  8. In the event of delivery delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  9. We will try our best to make your delivery in a diligent and careful manner. However, we will not be liable for any damages to your property(s) / item(s) sustained during the delivery process.
  10. The receiving party is to check on the quantity and quality conditions of the item(s) before signing for the delivery. No exchanges or returns will be entertained after the delivery is completed and the delivery order has been signed.
  11. If no one is available to receive the item(s) at the delivery address, you may request our personnel to leave the item(s) at your doorstep, but we will not be liable if your purchased item(s) goes missing or is damaged by the time you return.
  12. No maintenance or warranty is provided on item(s) sold unless otherwise specified.
  13. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees if (i) additional manpower, time, or equipment, or (ii) re-delivery service is required.
  14. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable service requests if no arrangements have been made in advance, as our delivery personnel work on a tight schedule. (E.g. arrangement of plants or item(s) at your address or location, helping to remove and dispose of item(s) from your address or location, on-site re-potting or planting for free, etc.)
  15. Any service request(s) have to be made at the point of purchase, prior to the scheduled delivery. These service request(s) may incur additional charges.
  16. Delivery timings for Monday to Saturday is between 10 am to 6 pm. No delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery service and to change the terms & conditions for delivery of purchase without notice at any time.
