Description
Banrot 40WP is a broad-spectrum fungicide for the control of soil-borne diseases. It contains the active ingredient of Truban plus a systemic fungicide for the control of Pythium, Phytophthora, Rhizoctonia, Fusarium and Thielaviopsis.
Banrot 40WP may be used as a soil drench at the time of seeding and transplanting as well as a periodic drench throughout the plant's life cycle for the control of problem fungi in greenhouses and outdoors.
Bedding Plants: Ageratum, Ajuga, Alyssum, Aster, Balsam, Begonia, Carnation, Celosia, Coleus, Dahlia, Dusty Miller, Gynura, Impatiens, Larkspur, Marigold, Nasturtiums, Pansy, Petunia, Phlox, Salvia, Snapdragon, Verbena, Zinnia.
- (soil 2 inches to 3 inches deep). Mix 20 grams to 30 grams of Banrot 40WP with 20 Litres of water, apply to the bed area and use at the time of seeding and transplanting.
- Irrigate immediately with additional water equal to at least half the volume of the fungicidal drench for improved soil penetration of the fungicide.
- Re-treat at 4 to 8 weeks intervals if additional applications are necessary.

Container & Bedgrown: Herbaceous - African Violet, Begonia, Calendula, Carnation, Chrysanthemum, Coleus, Dahlia, Delphinium, Easter Lily, Geranium, Gerbera, Gloxinia, Gynura, Ivy.
Woody: Acer, Aucuba, Azalea, Boxwood, Camelia, Cedar, Chamaedorea Palm, Crape Myrtle, Ficus, Fir, Gardenia, Hydrangea, Ilex, Juniperus, Pine, Pittosporum, Poinsettia, Rhododendron, Spruce.
- Bench plantings of tropical foliage plants (peat and other high organic growing media 6 inches deep or more). Mix 20 grams to 30 grams of Banrot 40WP with 20 Litres of water and apply to the bench area.
- Irrigate immediately with additional water equal to at least half the volume of the fungicidal drench for improved soil penetration of the fungicide.
- Re-treat at 8 to 12 weeks intervals to maintain disease control.
